You qualify for these low rates if:
• You are employed but have no insurance.
• You are a full-time student with no insurance.
• You are between jobs.

Patients will be seen on an afforable sliding scale based on household income and the
number of dependants in the family.

In addition to a full-time, on site, board certified physician, Grace Medical Clinic has
partnered with others to provide patients with access to medical specialists and
diagnostic services such as imaging, laboratory testing, and inpatient services.

Grace Medical clinic will provide guidance to patients in obtaining assistance to pay
for medications needed to treat the medical condition. Pastoral care will be available
upon request.
